UK: Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days, please contact me if you need it sooner.

EU & International: EU: Shipping to the EU is temporarily paused while we update our packaging compliance. We hope to resume EU shipping soon. Thank you for your patience.

Orders are dispatched from the UK. Import VAT, customs charges and courier handling fees may be payable before delivery and are not included in your order total- these are the customer’s responsibility. Look out for your local authority or courier making contact to collect these pre-delivery.

USA: Orders are sent DDP, meaning duties/taxes are included where applicable and will not be charged on delivery.

Please do not refuse these charges- Refused or unclaimed parcels may be returned to us and are non-refundable.
